Unfortunately today my car broke down, I rung Joe and told him what had happened. He told me without hesitation that it may still be under warranty (rather than taking on the job himself) He went above and beyond and asked me for some details on the car and rung Nissan directly to confirm this. Thankfully it was still in the warranty period and I do not have to pay a cent. Joe saved me time and money 🙏🏾 It’s such a rarity to find such honesty, commitment and loyalty to his customers and I am 💯 appreciative of his service to us today. Thank you so much Joe.
